Mac and PC support working in a team of two helping around 700 users on both desktop and server; you will need to have an excellent desk side manner and the ability to deal with a demanding deadline driven environment. We are ideally looking for a experienced Apple Mac specialist who has previously worked in a similar environment.

• 1st line telephone support
• 2nd line desk side support

• Back up and security system management
• Up grades of software and hardware
• Management of Backup and disaster recovery systems
