Our client are a leading Architectural firm in central London who are currently looking for a first line IT support Assistant
This is a junior role, very front line, and as the studio runs a Mac based environment solid Mac experience is essential. The role will typically involve tasks such as: setting up new users and fire fighting any problems that might spring up from the Architects, I.e. My e-mails aren't working, the internet has gone down, I've lost my print setups, the printers isn't working, can you buy me a new mouse etc etc.
Ideally knowledge of CAD - Vectorworks would be advantageous
